Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to reargue the appellant's prior motion, inter alia, to reinstate an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 26, 2012, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 19, 2013. The appellant's prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 22, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, for leave to reargue is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant is precluded from making any further motions concerning this appeal without prior leave of the Court.
