Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated August 9, 2013, and to disqualify the respondent's counsel. Cross motion by the respondent to impose a sanction upon the appellant and for an attorney's fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are denied.
