| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated September 5, 2012, for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 29, 2013, which directed the appellant to serve and to file a supplemental record and replacement brief on or before December 2, 2013. Cross motion by the appellant to extend her time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 29, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the cross motion is granted, the appellant's time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 29, 2013, is extended until March 4, 2014, and the appellant shall serve and file the supplemental record and replacement brief on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
