Motion by appellants on an appeal from an attorney's fees judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered October 16, 2013, to stay enforcement of the attorney's fees judgment and of a final judgment of the same court entered September 16, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renewal following the taking of a proper appeal from the final judgment of possession entered September 16, 2013.
