Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Joy A. Kenrick, Esq., dated January 21, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Edward A. Wurtz, Esq., sworn to February 4, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 23, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date January 21, 2014, and inserting in its place the date March 24, 2014.
