| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Application by the appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 3, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals by Michael Sharp, Sharp Realty, LLC, and Sharp Family Realty, LLC, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as those appellants are not aggrieved by the order entered upon their default (see CPLR 5511); and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge the time of Cie Sharp to perfect his appeal is granted, Cie Sharp's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until April 23, 2014, and the record or appendix on the appeal and Cie Sharp's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is otherwise denied as academic.
