Motion by the objectant-appellant-respondent for leave to reargue an appeal and cross appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, dated October 3, 2011, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated October 30, 2013, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Separate motion by the objectant-appellant-respondent to strike the papers filed in opposition to the motion, inter alia,
for leave to reargue, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court dated October 30, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied, with one bill of $100 costs.
