Application by Michelle Courtney Schecter, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on July 15, 1992, under the name Michelle Courtney Schweiger, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Michelle C. Schweiger.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Michelle Courtney Schecter to Michelle C. Schweiger, effective immediately.
