DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his prior application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated June 28, 1999 (People v Koehl, 262 AD2d 659), affirming two judgments of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, both rendered April 5, 1994. The prior application was determined by decision and order of this Court dated August 28, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
