Appeal by Andrea Bernard from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, entered December 28, 2012. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 11, 2014, the appeal was dismissed for failure to perfect.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 11, 2014, entitled "In the Matter of the Dismissal of Causes for Failure to Perfect - January 2014 Calendar," as dismissed the above-entitled appeal, is recalled and vacated, and the appeal is reinstated.
