On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 18, 2014, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 30, 2013, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the order is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
