| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 9, 2013, and a judgment of the same court entered December 10, 2013, to vacate an order of the same court dated December 13, 2013, or, in the alternative, to modify that order, to stay enforcement of the judgment pending hearing and determination of the appeals, to stay enforcement of certain money judgments of the same court, to vacate the order dated September 9, 2013, and for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated September 9, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated September 9, 2013, is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
