Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated January 24, 2014, and, in effect, to continue care and custody of the subject children with the maternal grandmother, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the order is stayed and care and custody of the subject children is continued with the maternal grandmother, pending hearing and determination of the appeal on condition that the appeal is perfected on or before April 21, 2014; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before April 21, 2014, the Court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, without further notice, or the respondents-respondents may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice.
