Application by the respondents New York State Office of Children and Family Services and New York State Central Register of Child Abuse and Maltreatment pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated April 17, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the applicants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 20, 2014, and the applicants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
