DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, inter alia, (1) for leave to renew appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 13, 2011, and a judgment of the same court entered May 16, 2012, which were determined by separate decisions and orders of this Court dated December 4, 2013, (2) to consolidate those appeals with appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 9, 2013, March 29, 2013, and July 15, 2013, respectively, and (3), in effect, to extend her time to comply with stated portions of the decision and order of this Court dated December 4, 2013, which determined the appeal from the judgment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to extend the appellant's time to comply with stated portions of the decision and order of this Court dated December 4, 2013, which determined the appeal from the judgment is granted to the extent that the time for the appellant to advise the Supreme Court, Nassau County, and the respondent's counsel, in writing, whether she is exercising her option to purchase the marital residence is extended until March 1, 2014; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
