On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 30, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 10, 2012, and August 26, 2013, respectively, is amended by deleting therefrom the name "Newton Jets, LLC," and substituting therefor the name "Newtown Jets, LLC."
