Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 8, 2013, and April 11, 2013, respectively, to correct a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 30, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 30, 2013, is amended by deleting from the preamble and second decretal paragraph thereof the phrase "to correct the record and appellant's brief," and substituting therefor the phrase "to correct the appellant's brief."
