Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from five orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered January 17, 2013, January 24, 2013, February 4, 2013 (two orders), and February 14, 2013, respectively, and a judgment of the same court entered March 14, 2013, and, in effect, to be relieved of the requirement to serve and file a record or appendix which complies with the CPLR or rules of the Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
