| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Mack Trucks, Inc., on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 10, 2013, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 10, 2014, as conditioned a stay of the trial in the above-entitled action upon the perfection of the appeal on or before February 10, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion dated January 10, 2014, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "February 10, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "March 12, 2014."
