| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by State University of New York to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 12, 2013, as stayed all proceedings in the above-entitled matter, pending hearing and determination of appeals from five orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 20, 2013, August 23, 2013, August 28, 2013, September 4, 2013, and October 1, 2013, respectively, for the sole purpose of allowing the Justice presiding over the above-entitled matter in the Supreme Court, Kings County, to approve the settlement of the above-entitled matter, if she be so advised.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 12, 2013, is amended by adding to the sixth paragraph thereof after the words "all proceedings in the above-entitled matter are stayed," the following, "except for proceedings to effectuate a settlement in the above-entitled matter."
