DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 6, 2013, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated October 9, 2013, upon the perfection of an appeal from that judgment on or before January 6, 2014, and to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from an order of the same court dated April 25, 2013, and a judgment of the same court dated May 9, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 6, 2013, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "January 6, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "March 21, 2014"; and it is further,

ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeals from the order dated April 25, 2013, and the judgment dated May 9, 2013, is enlarged until March 21, 2014, and the record or appendix and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
