Motion by the appellant North Shore Signature Homes, Inc., to stay the deposition of Russell Hicklin pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 16, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the deposition of Russell Hicklin in the above-entitled action is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
