Application by the appellant pro se to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court, dated January 15, 2014, which granted his motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on his appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 10, 2012, as amended July 11, 2012, and to deem the motion withdrawn.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 15, 2014, is recalled and vacated, and the appellant's motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief is deemed withdrawn.
