| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated August 19, 2013, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 6, 2014, as conditioned a stay of the finalization of the adoption of the subject child, upon the perfection of the appeal on or before February 3, 2014, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal, and to waive the filing fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the decision and order on motion dated January 6, 2014, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "February 3, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "March 20, 2014," the time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until March 20, 2014, and the filing fee is waived.
