| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated October 8, 2013, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, and to be provided access to the forensic report of Dr. Mark J. Rand, Ph.D., M.P.H., dated May 30, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be provided access to the forensic report of Dr. Mark J. Rand, Ph.D., M.P.H., dated May 30, 2013, is granted to the extent that on or before March 13, 2014, the respondent's counsel shall provide a copy of the forensic report to the appellant's counsel; and it is further,
ORDERED that the dissemination and disclosure of the forensic report shall be in accordance with the provisions of the order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated August 12, 2013; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
