ORDER ON CERTIFICATION

Appeal by the attorney for the children from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated January 24, 2014. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification Lisa S. Goldman, Esq., dated February 20, 2014, it is

ORDERED that the respondent Ishaq B. is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,

(2) the respondent Ishaq B. is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that he

has been unable to contact the respondent Ishaq B., and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
