Motion by the respondents-appellants to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated March 12, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the respondents-appellants' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until March 31, 2014, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the respondents-appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the motion is otherwise denied.
