| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the attorney for the children to dismiss appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated March 29, 2012, and May 25, 2012, respectively, on the ground that the appellant failed to properly settle the transcripts, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeal is denied on condition that the appellant properly settle the transcripts in accordance with CPLR 5525(c), on or before April 14, 2014; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the attorney for the child's time to serve and file a brief is granted, the time for the attorney for the children to serve and file a brief on the appeals is enlarged until May 14, 2014; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief on the appeals is enlarged until May 14, 2014.
