Application by the defendant-respondent-appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals and cross appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 22, 2013, and an order of the same court dated March 29, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the defendant-respondent-appellant shall serve and file its answering brief, including its points of argument on its cross appeal, on or before May 20, 2014 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3], and the plaintiffs-respondents-appellants shall serve and file their answering brief, including the points of argument on their cross appeal, on or before June 25, 2014; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants-respondents shall serve and file their reply brief on or before July 29, 2014; the defendant-respondent-appellant shall serve and file its reply brief on or before August 15, 2014; and the plaintiffs-respondents-appellants shall serve and file their reply brief on or before September 2, 2014.
