DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Separate appeals by John Holub and Sarai Kalkstein from three orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated December 12, 2013, December 13, 2013, and December 27, 2013, respectively.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies as of right from nondispositional orders in proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 3 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and leave to appeal has not been granted.
