DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se (1) to reinstate an appeal from a decision of the Court of Claims dated May 9, 2012, which was dismissed in a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 7, 2013, (2) for leave to reargue his prior motion which was for poor person relief with respect to the appeal from the decision as well as appeals from a judgment of the same court dated July 5, 2012, and an order of the same court dated March 11, 2013, which was also determined in the decision and order on motion dated October 7, 2013, (3) and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals from the judgment dated July 5, 2012, and the order dated March 11, 2013, are granted, the appellant's time to perfect those appeals is enlarged until May 5, 2014, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
