Appeals by Douglas A. E. and Mariya S. from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated November 30, 2012.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that Harold Merran, Esq., 100 East Hartsdale Avenue, Hartsdale, N.Y. 10530, the attorney assigned to represent the child by the Family Court, Westchester County, is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorney for the child herein assigned; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the child:
