Motion by the attorney for the children to calendar together appeals from four orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated April 26, 2012, September 28, 2012, October 2, 2012, and December 10, 2012, respectively, with appeals from two orders of the same court both dated September 24, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before April 2, 2014, the appellant shall advise the Court, in writing, whether current counsel adopts the brief filed by former counsel with respect to the appeals from the orders dated April 26, 2012, September 28, 2012, October 2, 2012, and December 10, 2012 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2012-04795, 2012-09985, 2012-09986, 2013-01165), or whether current counsel will be filing a supplemental or replacement brief; the supplemental or replacement brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before April 23, 2014; if no response is received, those appeals will be deemed submitted on the brief filed by the appellant's former counsel; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal from the order dated September 24, 2013, under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2013-09434 is enlarged until May 6, 2014.

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
