Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from four orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated July 19, 2013, September 13, 2013, September 24, 2013, and October 29, 2013, respectively, for poor person relief, to relieve the attorney for the children, and to recuse the Judge presiding in the Family Court.

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals from the orders dated July 19, 2013, September 13, 2013, and September 24, 2013, are granted, and the appellant's time to perfect those appeals is enlarged until May 6, 2014; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated October 29, 2013, is denied as premature; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
