| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by the plaintiff from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated February 15, 2012. By order to show cause dated February 11, 2014, the Law Office of Andrea G. Sawyers was directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered striking the brief filed by it on the ground that the Law Office of Andrea G. Sawyers does not represent a defendant-respondent on this appeal.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to strike the brief is granted, and the brief is stricken.
SKELOS, J.P., COHEN, MILLER and HINDS-RADIX, JJ., concur.
