| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to consolidate appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 25, 2013, October 1, 2013, and October 15, 2013, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated September 10, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals from the order dated June 25, 2013, and the judgment dated September 10, 2013, with the other appeals is denied as academic, as those appeals were dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 15, 2014; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals from the orders dated October 1, 2013, and October 15, 2013, is denied as unnecessary as those appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 670.7[c][1])
