Motion by the defendants PNC Financial Services Group, Inc., and PNC Bank National Association to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered May 17, 2013. Application by the defendants PNC Financial Services Group, Inc., and PNC Bank National Association pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief. Separate application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as the movants are not respondents on the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application by the defendants PNC Financial Services Group, Inc., and PNC Bank National Association is denied as these defendants are not respondents on the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's application is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until March 18, 2014, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
