Petitioner-appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Wyoming County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on November 26, 2013, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Dana P. Brown, sworn to January 7, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks permission to proceed as a poor person and assignment of counsel is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Norman P. Effman, Esq., Wyoming-County Public Defender, 18 Linwood Avenue, Warsaw, New York 14569, is hereby assigned as counsel to conduct the appeal, and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Wyoming County, provide Norman P. Effman, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeal is based, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal is dismissed as premature (see 22 NYCRR 1000.13[f]).
