An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Erie County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on August 20, 2013, and appellant having moved, pursuant to CPLR 5520 (c), for an order that the notice of appeal also be treated as valid as to the order of the Family Court, Erie County, entered June 25, 2013,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of John P. Luhr, Esq., dated January 15, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the notice of appeal filed September 20, 2013, shall be treated as valid as to the order of Family Court entered June 25, 2013, under Family Court docket number V-16223-11, and the order of Family Court entered August 20, 2013, under Family Court docket number V-16700-11.
