DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

2007-534 Q CR
The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Kassim Yusuf, Appellant.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that this appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, rendered February 13, 2007, is stricken from the general calendar, as the record on appeal is incomplete in that it does not contain the moving papers for appellant's motion to set aside the verdict pursuant to CPL 330.30, the respondent's opposition thereto and the court's decision thereon. Appellant, if he be so advised, may move in the Criminal Court to reconstruct the missing portions of the record.
