Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District, rendered April 17, 2013, to vacate the order of dismissal of November 12, 2013, and for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the court's order dismissing the appeal is vacated; and it is further
ORDERED that the branch of appellant's motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before April 14, 2014.
