Separate applications by the appellants-respondents State University of New York and Trustees of State University of New York, the appellants-respondents New York State Department of Health and Nirav R. Shah, and the petitioners-respondents-appellants Bill DeBlasio and Kate McKenzie for leave to withdraw their respective appeals and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 11, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the appeals and cross appeal are deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
