| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se for free transcripts on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 11, 2013, and to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 5, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for free transcripts is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 5, 2013, is granted, and on or before May 9, 2014, the appellant shall settle the transcript and file the settled transcript in the office of the Clerk of this Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 9, 2014, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
