DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to strike the briefs filed by the respondent and the attorney for the children on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 5, 2013, on the ground that they refer to matter dehors the record, to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief, for an award of costs, and to impose a sanction upon the respondent and the attorney for the children.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
