| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Separate motions by the respondent Jamaica Hospital, the respondent St. John's Episcopal Hospital, and the respondent Lenox Hill Hospital to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated July 26, 2013, insofar as taken against each of them, as untimely taken.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions by the respondent Jamaica Hospital and the respondent St. John's Episcopal Hospital and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the respondent Lenox Hill Hospital and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by the respondent Jamaica Hospital is granted and the appeal is dismissed insofar as taken against it, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5513[a]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions by the respondent St. John's Episcopal Hospital and the respondent Lenox Hill Hospital are denied (see Williams v Forbes, 157 AD2d 837; Maddox v City of New York, 104 AD2d 430).
