On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 28, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 22, 2013, and an order of the same court dated June 26, 2013, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto."
