| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Ronald Lewis Baron for reinstatement as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Baron was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 19, 1983. By decision and order of this Court dated April 27, 2004, Mr. Baron's application for voluntary resignation was accepted and his name was removed from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that on or before April 10, 2014, Ronald Lewis Baron file with the Clerk of the Court proof of payment of attorney registration fee arrears incurred prior to his resignation as well as payment for the current registration period; and it is further,
ORDERED that upon receipt of proof of payment as directed above, the Clerk of Court shall restore the name of Ronald Lewis Baron to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law and Ronald Lewis Baron shall be reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law.
