Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file respondents' briefs and reply briefs on appeals and a cross appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, dated March 6, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondents time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until April 7, 2014, and the respondents' briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date; the appellants-respondents reply briefs shall be served and filed on or before May 22, 2014, and the respondent-appellant shall serve and file her reply brief on or before June 6, 2014.
