| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Sherrill Spatz, Inspector General of the Unified Court System of the State of New York, pursuant to Judiciary Law § 509(a), to direct the Commissioner of Jurors of Queens County to furnish her with the home addresses and telephone numbers of four jurors named in her affirmation in support of the application, dated March 10, 2014, who were empaneled and sworn in a certain criminal action tried in the Supreme Court, Queens County.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, and the Commissioner of Jurors of Queens County is directed to furnish Sherrill Spatz, Inspector General of the Unified Court System of the State of New York, with the home addresses and telephone numbers of the four jurors named in the application.
