DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Charles J. Baldwin from two judgments of the County Court, Putnam County, both rendered September 27, 2011.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 19, 2012, which extended the time to appeal from the judgment rendered under Ind. No. 26/08 and deemed the motion papers to constitute a timely notice of appeal with respect to that judgment is amended to reflect that the time to appeal from the judgment rendered under Ind. No. 19/10 is extended and the motion papers are deemed also to constitute a timely notice of appeal with respect to the judgment rendered under Ind. No. 19/10; and it is further,

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 9, 2012, which granted poor person relief and the assignment of counsel with respect to the judgment rendered under Ind. No. 26/08 is amended to reflect that poor person relief and the assignment of counsel are granted also with respect to the judgment rendered under Ind. No. 19/10.
